30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused or only gently used
- In its original packaging
To start a return, simply email us at info@porereset.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at info@porereset.com with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send you an email to confirm whether your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or defective. Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we cover it.
Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after the stated timeframe, first check your bank account again, then contact your card company, as processing times vary. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at info@porereset.com.
Order Cancellations Need to cancel? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at info@porereset.com. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled or modified.
