Where We Ship We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and New Zealand.

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Estimated Delivery Time Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 10–18 business days, depending on your location and local carrier. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Shipping Cost We're happy to offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum required.

Order Tracking As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to update after dispatch.

Customs, Duties & Taxes Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your local customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
